STEP 1:
Head to http://local.yahoo.com and click Add A Business at the bottom.

STEP 2:
Fill our your basic company information.

STEP 3:
Click Additional Details and fill out any other information about your business.

STEP 4:
Enter the verification code and hit Submit.
